• Day of planning starting 2 weeks before wedding

• Timeline creation & distribution to vendors & wedding party before wedding

• Oversee & assist vendors

• Onsite rehearsal

• Venue walk through/visit

• Point of contact for all vendors, family, guests, etc

• Up to 12 hours onsite $65/hr

• Ensure all vendors receive final payments

• Distribute any vendor tips

• Overcome any last minute challenges

• Ensure all items are laid out

• Wedding decor setup for additional fee (decor and items agreed upon at contracting)

• 20% discount on any rentals in our inventory (subject to availability)
